What is your hourly shop rate?

$60 per hour. Minimum 1/2 hour for in shop diagnosis and 3/4 hour for at home diagnosis

How long will it take to repair my item?

Duration varies depending on complexity of the repair or alteration. Also, some material sourcing has been delayed in the recent past and may add time to the total time of repair. Our customers are quoted a time frame and rate before any work is started. Additionally, if any other issues are discovered, you will be contacted with an update in order to make an informed decision before we proceed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are accepting cash, personal checks and Zelle as forms of valid payment. We have not started using credit or debit cards just yet. They are in our future plans. We regret any inconvenience this may cause in the short term.
